Hire Packages
Restaurant Buyout
$25,000 min F&B (+ VAT & 15% gratuity); $40,000 on holidays
Includes both the restaurant and lower deck space. All-day venue access. Minimum expenditure must be met for exclusive use of the restaurant.
Patio Buyout
$18,000 minimum spend
Patrons are allowed inside while dining. Patio holds a maximum of 118 (entire seating).
Lower Deck Rental
$2,500 + F&B
Open-air unfurnished space. No external food & beverage vendors permitted.

Important Notes
No external food & beverage vendors allowed.
Vendors may access the venue 4–5 hours prior to the event for setup/decoration; more time allowed depending on the event.
All vendor property must be broken down immediately after the event or before 11am the next day.
Draping may be required for privacy.
Music level is restricted during operating hours.
Dock access is not permitted; cottages are currently not available for rental.
Booking, Payment & Cancellation
$2,000 deposit required to secure the date (applied to total bill); $1,000 refundable if the client does not proceed.
50% deposit due upon menu agreement and signed event documents.
Balance due two weeks prior to the event, along with full allergy/dietary breakdown, guest list (adults vs. children), and seating chart (if applicable).
Changes after this point incur additional charges.
Cancellation 1 week before the event results in total forfeiture of deposit / loss of 50% of deposit.
Group Bookings
Groups over 15 require a set menu and are limited to 80 pax.
$30 per person deposit required to secure the booking (non-refundable).
